Find Studies Faster with the Hey Trial Outreach Bot
The Outreach Bot helps you quickly identify similar studies and contact researchers based on past trials. It uses condition, age range, and recruitment challenges to generate relevant matches and ready-to-send emails — no more digging through ClinicalTrials.gov manually.
The bot does need 2- 3 minutes to load your studies....so a little patience please...it is doing a lot in the backend.

Add the Outreach Agent Name
Enter who is sending this outreach (e.g. Laura Westwood). Then provide your company title (e.g. Recruitment Solutions Manager)

Provide the Study Link
Paste a ClinicalTrials.gov or landing page link from our Clinicontact study.

Describe the Recruitment Struggle
Mention the core challenge — like:
