ABOUT THE STUDY

Welcome to our research opportunity focused on understanding the effects of two different 12-week exercise programs (aerobic cycling or stretching-and-toning) combined with memory retraining on memory performance in individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

This study aims to explore the combined effects of memory training and a personalized exercise program on memory-related functions. By participating, you not only contribute to cutting-edge research but also may have the chance to enhance your memory and overall health.
