For adolescents ages 12–17 with severe patchy hair loss from alopecia areata.

Who Can Participate?
  • Teens ages 12–17
  • Diagnosed with severe alopecia areata (≥50% scalp hair loss)
  • No spontaneous scalp hair regrowth for at least 6 months
  • Current episode of hair loss has lasted less than 8 years
  • No other types of alopecia or inflammatory scalp conditions
  • Weigh over 66 lbs
