This clinical research study is evaluating an oral investigational medication for adolescents living with severe alopecia areata—an autoimmune condition that causes patchy hair loss on the scalp and other areas. The goal of the study is to understand how this treatment may impact teens who have not seen improvement with other options.

For adolescents ages 12–17 with severe patchy hair loss from alopecia areata.
Participants may receive an oral investigational medication and study-related care.
