The Neurocognitive and Behavioral Development Lab (NBD Lab) at UF is seeking healthy adults to serve as control participants.
This research explores how brain function, motor skills, and cognitive abilities change as we age to help develop better health markers and future outcomes.
Initial Phase
Diagnostic screening and medical history evaluation.
Cognitive Assessment
Memory, thinking assessments, and motor skill tests.
Scientific Imaging
State-of-the-art Brain imaging (MRI & PET/CT).
Control participants who complete testing will receive study compensation of $250 plus $275 for PET and blood assessments, totaling up to $525.
Additional travel compensation is available based on distance, and for those traveling long distances, lunch, a 1-night hotel stay, or flight arrangements may be provided.

Testing takes place at the Florida Gymnasium and the McKnight Brain Imaging Center at the University of Florida Gainesville campus.
