UNLV researchers from the Department of Physical Therapy are seeking adults diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease to participate in a confidential online survey.
The purpose of this study is to understand how Parkinson’s disease impacts daily life, physical activity, mood, thinking, and more. Your participation will help us design future research that is relevant and meaningful to the Parkinson’s community.

We want your experience to be as straightforward as possible. If you’re eligible, you’ll start with a brief pre-screener and, once verified, you’ll receive a secure link to the main survey. You can complete the survey at your own pace, and your privacy will always be protected. See below for the simple steps to take part.
Participants who complete the survey and meet eligibility may receive a $25 compensation, provided after their submission is verified and eligibility confirmed. Personal info for payment is collected separately to maintain confidentiality.
