sign-upThe purpose of the research is to provide a community walking program, the 10K Step Club program (10KSC), for all people with Parkinson's Disease particularly African American and Hispanic people with Parkinson's Disease. We are also researching the effectiveness , feasibility and safety of this 10KSC program.

Participants must be between 45 and 85 years of age and have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
Multiple visits over 6 months.
Participants will be given one step watch (Fitbit or Garmin worth $99), a bucket hat (worth $40), and two Nordic walking poles (worth $50) that will be theirs to keep even if they do not complete the study.
