About the Study

This study is designed to explore how a new mobile health app can help support healthy behaviors in pregnant women. Researchers are interested in whether using this app during pregnancy can make it easier for women to track their health, stay active, monitor symptoms, and access reliable information—all in one place. The goal is to understand if digital tools like this app can help improve the overall well-being of both mothers and their infants during pregnancy and after delivery. By participating, you’ll be helping researchers learn more about the best ways to use technology to support healthier pregnancies and postpartum experiences for women in our community.
