INTRODUCTIONThis policy explains how CliniContact LLC (“CliniContact”, “we” or “us”) handles your information when you look into or apply for a research study through our study pages, pre-screener forms and study referral links. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECTWhen you complete a pre-screener, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact details, date of birth, location and your answers to the screening questions.
HOW WE USE ITWe use your information to check whether you may qualify for a study, to confirm your phone number, to prevent fraud and duplicate submissions, and to contact you about the study. If you agree, we may also contact you about future studies.
SHARING WITH THE RESEARCH TEAMIf you may qualify, we share your information with the research team for that study so they can continue screening with you. We do not sell your personal information.
TEXT MESSAGESIf you give us your mobile number, we will text you a code to confirm it and may text you about the study. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICSOur pages use cookies and similar tools, including from advertising and analytics providers, to collect browsing information and to measure how people find our studies, including whether a visitor may be eligible.
